CONLE, O. V. (2006): Hennobrimus hennemanni n. gen. n. sp., a remarkable new genus and species of the tribe Obrimini from the Philippine Islands (Phasmatodea: Heteropterygidae: Obriminae: Obrimini). Zootaxa, 1231: 43-51.

 

Type-species: Hennobrimus hennemanni CONLE, 2006: 45, figs. 1-6, by original designation of CONLE, 2006: 43.

 

Classification: "Areolatae": Heteropterygidae: Obriminiae: Obrimini

 

Geographic distribution: Philippines (Mindanao Island & Leyte Island).

 

Etymology: The first part of the name is dedicated to Frank H. HENNEMANN (Kaiserslautern, Germany), the second part refers to the generic position of the genus within in tribe Obrimini and relation to Obrimus STÅL, 1875.
