| These care sheets are to be understood as suggestions, based on personal experience. Yet other breeders might find that some species flourish well under quite different conditions. This is not a contradiction per se, rather this speaks for the tolarance many phasmid species display towards a wide range of microclimatic factors Little to nothing is known about the basic needs of phasmids in their natural habitat - unfortunately I recommend to read my general descriptions on how to breed phasmids, as well as Oskar's and Frank's notes on breeding phasmids. Some of the basic factors will not be mentioned in each care sheet over and over again - nevertheless they might be important as well Bruno Kneubühler |
